Neurofeedback is a safe, non-invasive way to help your brain learn to function more efficiently—almost like going to the gym for your brain. During a session, small sensors are placed on the scalp to measure brainwave activity while you watch a movie, play a simple game, or listen to sounds. As your brain produces more balanced and healthy patterns, the program provides positive feedback in real time, helping your brain naturally learn what works best. Over time, this training can support improvements in focus, sleep, stress regulation, mood, and overall mental clarity. The goal isn’t to “force” the brain to change, but to gently guide it toward healthier, more efficient functioning.
